The founders of the business itself has farming in their roots, which has allowed them to be really successful in the development of large scale Agri-pv projects across Europe.

Its core activities include the development, construction, and operation of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. For the German market, the company is seeking an experienced PV & BESS Project Developer with strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills. The Project Developer is responsible for advancing solar PV and BESS projects from early development through to ready-to-build (RTB) status. Development of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from site identification through permitting and RTBCoordination and management of relationships with:Presentation of project concepts and planning proposals, including integration of stakeholder feedbackManagement of grid connection processes , including capacity requests, cable routing, and technical coordinationSupport of commercial strategies, including power offtake structures (e.g. Monitoring of regulatory, market, and grid developments and incorporation of insights into project strategyAt least three years of experience in renewable energy project development (solar PV and/or BESS)Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, renewable energy, environmental sciences, spatial planning, or similar)Project development and permittingStakeholder and authority managementNative-level German and fluent EnglishFull-time position with flexible working hours (32–40 hours/week)Competitive salary with performance-based bonus structureHybrid working model combining home office and office presenceFull home office equipmentCompany car or mobility budgetCollaborative, entrepreneurial working environment with long-term development opportunities
