- Monitor and optimise stock levels, inventory health, and promotional availability to maximise GMV while meeting inventory turn and capacity targets
- Manage inbound selling and SKU transitions, ensuring sell-through of discontinued items while minimising availability gaps and lead-time disruptions
- Define and deliver OKRs and initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and output quality; develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Buying, Category Management, IBP, and Supply Chain teams; conduct ad hoc analyses and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement
What you bring

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
- High affinity for data and numbers, with the ability to translate insights for stakeholders at different seniority levels
- Hands-on, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail and a bias for action
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
What's on offer
- Competitive salary of €62,000 – €70,000 gross per year + benefits , depending on experience
- Permanent role with ownership and visible impact
- Hybrid working model with a Munich office base
- International, performance-driven environment with strong collaboration and development opportunities
