This is real AI, in production, at serious scale :The Role: As AI Delivery Manager, you own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI programs, from contract signature through go-live and renewal.

You don't build the AI or write code, but you run the delivery . You keep projects moving, customers aligned, risks visible, and internal teams focused. Owning delivery from kickoff to go-live, running plans, milestones, RAID, and weekly customer syncsTurning solution designs into executable delivery roadmaps with clear scope and acceptance criteria3–5 years' experience in technical delivery, implementation, or project management (SaaS or consulting)~ Experience delivering complex projects for enterprise or sophisticated mid-market customers~ Native or fluent German required , strong English~ Based in Germany, delivering projects across the EU
