What We're HiringWe're looking for someone who understands high-value users in crypto and Web3, can manage VIP relationships, drive trading activity, and deliver a premium level of service to VIP clients.

Experience & Skills:~2+ years managing VIP or high-tier customers, ideally in the blockchain space.~ Solid understanding of crypto trading behaviour, customer lifecycles, and asset flows.~ Some skills in BD, operations, account management and excellent customer service.~ German Language.~ Bonus - Worked at a crypto exchange or similar.
