Manage Real-World Evidence (RWE) research projects from planning through completion
Oversee project progress to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and presentations
Communicate project updates and outcomes effectively to clients and stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of research processes and best practices

Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Biostatistics
Proven experience managing research projects from design to delivery
Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods used in RWE studies
Strong knowledge of research and data protection regulations (e.g., Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
