As a Solution Delivery Specialist inside our GeoDin Client Success team, work alongside passionate experts, try out the latest tools, and help shape the future of geotechnical software. Responsibilities:
As Solution Delivery Specialist, you will be in the front-line working hand-in-hand with our most valued clients and their geo-experts.
Be the GeoDin Expert Providing High Value Solutions to Real-world Geo-data Challenges:
- Understand client challenges: Actively engage with expert users to gather and analyze the key technical workflows and their geo-data analysis and reporting needs, guiding them for optimally leveraging GeoDin's powerful capabilities.
- Propose Unique solutions: Leverage the flexible configuration capabilities of GeoDin to provide out-of-the-box solutions to our expert users, providing solution adapted to client requirements.
- Client-Specific Configurations: Oversee the development, implementation and delivery of unique solutions, in line with our quality standards, ensuring smooth and effective implementations that deliver value to .our clients
- Feedback Loop Management: Serve as the liaison between clients and the GeoDin DevOps team, collecting and analyzing client feedback to guide product enhancements and feature integrations.
- Database Management: Lead the configuration and ongoing management of databases to support scalable and robust data solutions.
- Development of Data Models and Templates: Develop object types, data models, and reporting templates to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation, providing ongoing support to help clients effectively use GeoDin.
Become the Geo-data Expert for Internal GeoDin teams:
- Be the GeoDin expert supporting commercial engagements: Collaborate with the Development and Commercial teams and other stakeholders to provide geotechnical expertise to.
- Become the "go-to" expert for software development team: Guide and educate colleagues on geotechnical workflows, needs, and standards.
- Follow evolution of geotechnical standards and industry practices: Remain up to date on the industry standards, needs and trends,
- Promote GeoDin internally & externally: Engage in cross-skilling activities to broaden expertise in GeoDin and related products, both for internal stakeholders but also in industry events and conferences.
- Build industry-wide network: Attend and present in conferences, webinars, join industry workgroups, and engage with academia in building a global network of geotechnical experts.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in Geotechnical Data Management, with expertise in configuring, managing, and optimizing geotechnical data systems.
- Proficient in Client Needs Assessment, engaging directly with clients to gather and analyze their requirements.
- Technical proficiency in software supporting geotechnical data solutions, preferably experienced in GeoDin or similar geotechnical data management & analysis software.
- Comprehensive understanding of geotechnical data principles and relevant international standards such as AGS, ASTM, DIN, ISO, SEP.
- Some experience in managing projects involving software deployment or data management solutions within a technical or engineering context.
- Proficient in managing project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery within budget and specifications.
- Some experience acting as a liaison between the client base and technical development teams, translating user feedback into actionable insights for product enhancement.
- Be located near the Hague (Netherlands) or Berlin (Germany) office.
- Proficiency in English, strong plus if also German and/or Dutch or French.
