Description As a leading bank from Taiwan in international banking, First Commercial Bank, Ltd. has a presence in more than 11 countries with more than 30 overseas branches across the world. To expand our global banking services, our Frankfurt Branch in Germany has started into operation since 2023. To establish a sound framework of risk management we are looking for a qualified Risk Officer for Risk Management Department.

Support Deputy Manager (“DM4”) of Risk Department in relation to Branch’s Risk Management function with following main tasks:
Identify, measure, manage and monitor risks, including credit, market, liquidity operational and ESG risks, in accordance with the requirements of MaRisk.
Support and report to Deputy Manager for overall risk controls in accordance with the Branch’s Risk Management Policy & Procedure and Risk Strategy
Enhance the Branch’s liquidity management to ensure compliance with all regulatory capital and liquidity requirements, including LCR and NSFR
Prepare the quarterly IRRBB reports with the software “THINC” developed by MSG AG
Prepare data and information for the Pillar III Disclosure, including the ESG risk disclosure
University or equivalent degree in the banking or financial related field;
At least 2 years of banking experience in risk management;
Hold long-term German working permit;
Fluent in German and English.
