What You'll Be Doing: Leading Transformation in Banking

As a Senior Consultant Banking , you will work on high-impact transformation initiatives within the German banking sector, helping financial institutions adapt to new regulations, modernize their operations, and implement innovative technologies .

Lead and manage strategic transformation projects , ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.Develop and implement structured change management approaches to improve banking processes and operations.Support digital transformation initiatives , helping banks integrate cutting-edge technology solutions.Develop new business opportunities , leveraging your strong network in the German financial services industry.We are looking for an experienced consultant and project manager with a strong background in banking transformation and business change .

5+ years of experience in banking or financial services , ideally within a bank, consultancy, or fintech .~ Strong project management experience , balancing timelines, scope, and budget .~ Deep expertise in banking functions , including Finance, Risk Management, Payments, Operations , and regulatory frameworks.~ A strong understanding of industry trends shaping the German banking sector.~ Excellent stakeholder management skills , with a strong network in the German financial industry.~ Fluent German and English communication skills (written & verbal).~ A chance to connect with key team members and discuss how you would collaborate on current and future projects.Solve a case relevant to the role, showcasing your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and vision for tackling challenges in the Banking industry.
