What You'll Be Doing: Leading Transformation in Banking

As a Senior Consultant Banking , you will work on high-impact transformation initiatives within the German banking sector, helping financial institutions adapt to new regulations, modernize their operations, and implement innovative technologies .

• Lead and manage strategic transformation projects , ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and implement structured change management approaches to improve banking processes and operations.
• Advise clients on key industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological innovations .
• Engage with senior stakeholders , building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on business transformation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives , helping banks integrate cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities , leveraging your strong network in the German financial services industry.
• Collaborate with technology providers to implement best-in-class solutions.
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams , fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced consultant and project manager with a strong background in banking transformation and business change .

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services , ideally within a bank, consultancy, or fintech .
• Strong project management experience , balancing timelines, scope, and budget .
• Deep expertise in banking functions , including Finance, Risk Management, Payments, Operations , and regulatory frameworks.
• A strong understanding of industry trends shaping the German banking sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills , with a strong network in the German financial industry.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve problems through quantitative thinking and strategic decision-making .
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills , fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Fluent German and English communication skills (written & verbal).
• The legal right to work in Germany .
