About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Bilingual Recruiter (English/German) to support hiring efforts across multiple corporate functions within the manufacturing industry . This role is essential in identifying and attracting top talent for key business areas such as Engineering, IT, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Project Management .
The recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) , as well as Belgium, the Netherlands, and France . The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English , and bring 3+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies for corporate positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Source passive talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with HR and global talent acquisition teams to align with hiring plans across EMEA.
- Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for corporate functions within the manufacturing industry .
- Proven experience hiring across multiple disciplines such as Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, and Project Management.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working across DACH, Belgium, Netherlands, and France is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
