Position: Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Location: Remote (Germany)

Language Requirements: Must have German and English fluency levels (written and spoken)

We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join our client's growing, innovative team and support new, exciting Dynamics 365 projects. This role combines both consulting and technical/development work, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions that help businesses enhance customer relationships, optimize sales and marketing, and improve service delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Consulting & Development : Analyze business processes, translate client needs into technical solutions, and provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 implementations. You'll work on various modules, including CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service , helping businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals.
  • Technical Expertise : Work with C#/.NET to develop and customize solutions tailored to their client's needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and their client's teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Workshops & Training : Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams, helping them harness the full potential of their Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Problem-Solving : Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience : Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service). You should be able to read and understand C#/.NET code and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Consulting & Development Skills : A technical background is preferred, with a desire to expand your consulting expertise.
  • Personality : You are collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated, with a passion for working in a team-oriented environment and driving digital transformation.
  • Bonus : Experience with Power Apps , Power BI , or Field Service modules is a plus!
  • Language Skills : Strong communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
