Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to take end-to-end responsibility for the product backlog of our innovative mobile technical application . Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers, you will translate business requirements into clear user stories and ensure smooth coordination throughout the entire product lifecycle.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies such as refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Maintain a transparent and up-to-date release plan , coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) prior to production releases.
- Support internal and external rollouts , ensuring smooth deployment and effective communication with stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering , or a comparable field.
- Proven experience in agile product management , ideally with a Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
- Strong command of agile tools such as Jira , Confluence , and Azure DevOps .
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage interdisciplinary teams effectively.
- Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken.
